Tony Benn is a singer/songwriter from Miltown Malbay Co. Clare, Ireland and has been playing music since the 90s first in the grunge band Exploding Marmalade (winner of the 2005 temple bar new bands competition and featured on the Irish top 30 listed album one good jukebox) then in a variety of bands (Sexy Results, Addiction, Soul Panda and Miles) also as a busker on the streets of Dublin now as a singer/songwriter.
His self titled first album was released summer 2009 featuring collaborations with American songstress Johnette Napolitano and new European talent like Anthony Ward and Rebeca Massey.

Currently Tony is touring Canada with performances that include the Wreak-House Jazz and Blues Festival and the Canada day festivities in St. Johns
