Born on Halloween of 1992, Derek Lamb (Lambeau The Producer) has always been an enthusiast of music. Even in his younger days of grade school, Derek always loved to rap with his friends and make beats on a desk with a pencil. He always seemed to stand out with his ability to rhyme, which ultimately left him wanting to first pursue a career in rap around his sophomore year in high school.
This then created his urge to want to learn how to make beats. Derek spent the rest of his high school era learning first how to make beats, then learning music theory as a whole in order to better his skill as a pianist and musician.
Derek has started to create a high amount of buzz in the independent music scene as a producer and recording engineer. Co-signs from top industry producers include names such as Cardo (producer for Meek Mill, Young Jeezy, Wiz Khaliifa, etc), S1 (produced "Power" by Kanye West), Street Runner (legendary Southern Hip-Hop/Dirty South producer) and many more.
He has connected with music publishers for opportunities to get possible TV placements. He is a part of the prestigious Greater Than Empire of Dallas, TX, which is a collection of amazing independent talent with huge upcoming projects that have the ability to reshape the Dallas Hip-Hop music scene.
His sound is not defined to one area, as he is a multi-genre composer who is continuing to expand his sound.
